By accessing or using Vancouver Parking Meter Map (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Vancouver Parking Meter Map is a free, read-only reference tool that visualises parking meter locations and related data across the City of Vancouver. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the City of Vancouver.

Parking data is sourced from the City of Vancouver Open Data Portal and is provided under the Open Government Licence – Vancouver.

Data is updated periodically but may not reflect real-time conditions, recent bylaw amendments, or temporary changes such as construction or special events. Always verify parking rules on-site. We make no representation that the information is current, complete, or accurate.

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial reference purposes. You must not scrape, crawl, mirror, or systematically extract data from the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable personal use. Commercial redistribution of data displayed through this Service requires direct attribution to and compliance with the City of Vancouver Open Data licence.

The Vancouver Parking Meter Map name, logo, interface design, and original source code are the property of their respective owners. The underlying parking dataset is owned by the City of Vancouver and made available under the Open Government Licence – Vancouver.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including parking fines, towing charges, or any other losses arising from your reliance on information provided through the Service.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including the City of Vancouver and map tile providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
